Spirit Wrecking & Excavating, Inc. is a forward thinking minority-owned company whose sole objective is to meet and exceed the expectations of that which is most important to us “Our Client.”

We are licensed and bonded to do work in the City of Chicago, surrounding suburbs and NW Indiana. We perform various demolition, excavation, and trucking projects for industrial, commercial, and residential clients at affordable prices, according to codes and safety regulations of every city, township and municipality where we work. Spirit has performed work for Brandenburg, University of Chicago and Illinois Tollway.

A little history about us:

Spirit began working for general contractors on city of Chicago, state of Illinois and county construction projects.

Spirit continued to expand which resulted in growth and the need to increase manpower and purchase new equipment to sustain current workload and manage scheduling of existing clientele and projected future projects. We have access to various types of heavy equipment, such as semi-trucks, long and short trailers, bobcats, back hoe excavators and other demolition equipment to meet project needs.

Spirit is efficiently managed and operated by a knowledgeable team with over twenty years of demolition, excavation and trucking experience. The company is fully staffed and ready to take on various types of demolition and excavation projects. We are also partners in the community providing employment opportunities.
